Castle. Situated on a hill in the centre of the Slovak capital, on the banks of the Danube. Over the centuries the Celts, Romans and Slavs erected their buildings here.In the 10th century, a stone castle was built on a hill, which was repeatedly reconstructed. After the fire in 1811 it was rebuilt not until the 1950s.
