Teutonic castle in Toruń. The earliest Teutonic castle on chełmińska land, built on a horseshoe plan, before the establishment of a typical castle in the form of a regular quadrangle. Construction began in the middle of the 13th century, it was completed in the 14th century. Today part of the Castle is a ruin, the best preserved is the gdanisko, build at the beginning of the 14th century.
